Role Overview
Process design & optimization: You analyze our sales workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and standardize processes.
AI & automation: You integrate state-of-the-art AI tools and automation to increase efficiency and scale.
CRM management: You own our CRM as the central hub for growth activities.
Smooth operations: You optimize the flow of information between management and the sales team to ensure frictionless collaboration.
Sales support: You are responsible for sales collateral such as pitch decks and case studies.
Lead structuring: You structure the identification and qualification of accounts and buyer personas.
Tech scouting: You keep an eye on the market and test new tools to maintain a technical edge.
Requirements
Career changers welcome: No university degree required.
Sales understanding: You know how sales works and what drives results.
Industry familiarity: You have a basic understanding of online marketing and agency processes.
CRM proficiency: You navigate confidently in systems like HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
Tech enthusiast: You enjoy complex processes and have a deep passion for automation and AI.
Analytical drive: You seek the most logical, effective solution for every challenge.
