Role Overview
- Advise the CEO and the executive team on all human capital matters
- Contribute to the 2027–2030 strategic plan and its HR implementation
- Lead the strategy for talent attraction, retention and development
- Represent Transplant Québec with health network partners and labour unions
- Act as a business partner to managers across the entire HR cycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, labour relations, departures)
- Support managers in applying the collective agreement and in managing complex cases in a unionized environment
- Design and implement initiatives to drive engagement, organizational culture and employee experience
- Promote equity, diversity and inclusion at all levels of the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in generalist HR roles, including significant experience as a business partner or senior advisor
- Experience in a unionized environment (application and negotiation of collective agreements)
- Excellent command of spoken and written French
- Proven ability to advise senior leadership and to influence without direct authority
- CRHA (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation strongly preferred
- Experience within the health and social services network or with healthcare institutions
- Experience in organizational transformation or organizational development
