Conduct primarily phone-based consultations to understand clients' goals and needs.
Recommend appropriate savings, investment, and insurance solutions based on client needs.
Build meaningful relationships with Group Retirement Savings plan members.
Stay current on Sun Life products and industry trends.
Take ownership of sales activity, client follow-up, and results.

Valid and active Life Insurance License (LLQP) or Insurance of Persons License in Quebec (PQAP).
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and through video.
Experience selling or recommending investment, retirement, or financial products is an asset.
Strong listening skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Completion of a college or university degree, or equivalent related experience.
