You advise farmers on sustainable solutions for fertilization and animal nutrition — from needs analysis to correct application and performance monitoring
You take full responsibility for your territory — from managing existing customers to acquiring new ones
You actively sell our innovative products in the field
You work closely with agricultural merchants and distribution partners
You represent the company at regional specialist events and trade shows and network on site
Requirements
Ideally experience and/or vocational training in agriculture, animal husbandry, agricultural engineering, feedstuffs, stable equipment, etc.
We are also open to motivated candidates without agricultural background — e.g., with experience in sales, skilled trades, or a related industry
You speak the farmers' language and are eager to apply your practical knowledge in consulting and sales
You enjoy being out with customers and work in a goal-oriented, self-reliant manner
Ideally you already have contacts with farms, cooperatives, or agricultural retailers
With a driving license (Class B), you are willing to be flexible and visit customers on-site up to 5 days a week
