Responsibility for expanding and further developing our sales activities in Switzerland and internationally.
Develop go-to-market strategies for various sales channels.
Work closely with the CEO and CPO to bundle products and services.
Actively acquire new business opportunities and build vlot's B2B client base.
Responsible for the further development of sales tools, KPIs, monitoring, and reporting.
Create sales pitches, presentations, and demos for clients and prospects.
Support vlot's market positioning.
Conduct market analyses, competitive monitoring, and preparatory work for potential international market entries.
Requirements
Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) or comparable qualification (FH / HWV)
At least 5 years of professional experience in the insurance or financial services sector with demonstrable success in sales, business development, or product management (life insurance, brokerage, pension funds, asset management)
Technical affinity (Fintech / InsurTech) and ideally experience in omnichannel sales (pension funds, brokers, tied agents)
Understanding of the European insurance and financial market and an interest in startups and digitalization
Strong conceptual and presentation skills (especially PowerPoint)
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday) and CRM systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Languages: Swiss German and English fluent; at least one additional language required (Italian, French, or Spanish)
