About this role
Role Overview
Identify, target, and win new customers across the pharma and life sciences sector
Build and execute a structured pipeline generation strategy
Lead complex, solution-based sales cycles from qualification to closing
Develop strong executive relationships with key decision-makers
Own and expand a defined set of existing customer accounts
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Körber portfolio
Drive customer success and long-term partnerships in collaboration with delivery and customer success teams
Act as the trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives
Deliver against annual and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and accurate forecasting
Manage deal strategy, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure
Represent Körber at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
Provide market feedback to shape product strategy and positioning
Requirements
5–10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales
Proven track record in new business acquisition (“hunter mentality”)
Strong experience in account management and revenue expansion
Industry knowledge in pharma and life sciences
Experience selling complex, high-value solutions
Demonstrated success in multi-stakeholder, long sales cycles
Strong consultative and value-based selling approach
Fluent Spanish and English language skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to operate at C-level and influence decision-making
High level of self-motivation and ownership mindset
Analytical and structured approach to pipeline management
Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
