About this role
Role Overview
You take full ownership of your sales funnel — from the first outreach to long-term customer relationships.
You generate and qualify opportunities in the B2B SaaS space and keep your pipeline clean and up to date.
You independently run product demos, workshops, and decision meetings with various stakeholders (IT, management, security).
You design customer solutions, negotiate terms, and drive deals to successful closure.
You identify cross-sell and upsell potential early and expand existing accounts.
You work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success and bring market insights directly into the product.
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally focused on SaaS or IT solutions.
Proven success in closing deals — e.g., meeting/exceeding quotas, won deals, and full pipeline ownership.
Confident presence with decision-makers at both technical and management levels.
Fluent German and English, spoken and written, to communicate with international contacts and documentation.
Structured, numbers-driven working style — CRM, forecasting, and funnel KPIs are part of your daily toolkit.
Willingness to travel for trade shows, client meetings, and on-site workshops.
Experience in security, identity, or IT infrastructure environments.
Experience with multi-stage sales cycles (e.g., multiple stakeholders, proofs-of-concept, pilots).
Proficiency with sales tools (CRM, outreach platforms, calling tools).
Benefits
Full-time with up to 2 days remote work per week (Braunschweig region).
Base salary €60,000 gross p.a. plus uncapped commission (total compensation can be significantly higher based on performance).
