About this role
Role Overview
- You work as part of a two-person team (you + one other technician) and lead the complete installation of fall protection systems: from interpreting plans to final handover without reservations, strictly complying with our safety standards and planned deadlines.
- Participate in joint inspection visits / PPSPS (site-specific safety and health plan) and other pre-site meetings.
- Prepare the site: equipment, PPE, securing the work area.
- Install fall protection systems (lifelines, guardrails, ladders…).
- Manage your team, track progress and ensure quality.
- Inspect & test (pull tests, test reports, as-built documentation).
- Report daily via Alobees and by phone to the site manager.
Requirements
- Around 2 years' experience working at height / on roofs / as a roofer.
- Valid Working at Height certification.
- Plan-reading skills and a strong safety mindset.
- Leadership, clear communication and time-management skills.
- Strong coordination skills (internal and external).
