Develop collaborative, lasting relationships with private equity clients and portfolio company management teams
Receive hands-on support from firm leadership and exposure to a wide variety of clients, industries, and engagement types
Gain experience across multiple areas of accounting and finance, building both technical and operational expertise

Execute on accounting and finance workstreams within a structured engagement model
Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholders within your assigned scope
Support engagement leadership in planning, coordination, and delivery of key outputs
Contribute to client discussions and presentations, including status updates
Identify risks, challenges, or delays within assigned workstreams and proactively communicate to engagement leadership with appropriate context
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
5 years of experience in related field
3 years of supervisory experience
Must have and preserve required licenses
Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
Proficient use of applicable technology
Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
