Role Overview

• Execute end-to-end recruiting processes including profile design, talent sourcing, and scheduling.
• Provide vital administrative support for daily HR operations.
• Formulate and update Candidate Avatars for job vacancies.
• Publish and manage job postings on various platforms.
• Conduct screenings and interviews of candidates.
• Manage interview scheduling across different stages.
• Coordinate and schedule assessments and evaluations.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and documentation workflows.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a recruiter for high-volume/mass hiring companies
• Bonus Asset: B2 in English
