Senior Technical Recruiter

Role Overview

• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers by educating, advising, and counseling on recruiting strategies.
• Lead full-life cycle recruiting for professional and hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop and execute internal and external sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidate pools.
• Apply advanced recruiting techniques and methodologies to identify and engage candidates.
• Manage relationships with third-party recruiting vendors and oversee related contracts.
• Conduct and coordinate interviews, facilitate selection decisions, and extend employment offers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3 years
• Hands-on recruiting experience.
• 1 year of recruiting in hard to fill/professional positions (ex: clinical, technical, finance).
• Strategic recruiting and sourcing expertise in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
• High attention to detail with comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
