As the HR Generalist, you will be a vital resource for our employees and managers. You'll be the HR contact for payroll processing and the person who ensures our employee data is accurate and up-to-date through all phases of the employee lifecycle, from on-boarding to off-boarding.
Benefits communication, vendor management, and supporting credentialing are other key responsibilities. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in every aspect of HR!
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience within the Recruitment and/or Human Resources field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in HR administration, HRIS, or IT roles.
High level of comfort and experience with applicant tracking and HRIS systems (experience with ADP WFN, Lattice, and Lever is highly preferred!).
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle complex, confidential personnel matters with integrity, tact, and non-judgmental listening.
Preferred: 3+ years of benefits management and employee engagement experience, plus general knowledge of employment law.
