- 20+ years of experience in technology enablement and business development
- Deep technical and commercial understanding of modern data centers and cloud architecture
- Expertise in optical transceivers, Silicon Photonics, High Speed Design, Signal Integrity and Power Integrity
- Proven experience crafting joint messaging and running co-marketed demand generation campaigns
- Familiarity with demands of next-generation workloads including AI and HPC
- Proven ability to build multi-million-dollar partnership pipelines
