About this role
Role Overview
- Manage day-to-day relationships across your active account portfolio
- Own campaign delivery, ensuring performance aligns with client objectives
- Provide strategic insights, campaign analysis, and recommendations to clients
- Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities using campaign results
- Partner with Sales and Account Leads on retention and account growth initiatives
- Lead campaign kick-off calls and post-campaign reviews
- Coordinate campaign project management with Campaign Operations and Creative Services
- Escalate client needs — product gaps, supply issues, third-party partnership requests — to the Director of Account Management
Requirements
- 2–3+ years in a client services role within digital advertising
- Demonstrated success in client retention and account growth
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with interest in campaign analytics
- Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience managing programmatic revenue (e.g. agency trading desk, DSP, or SSP)
- Familiarity with ad agency organisation and workflows
- Exposure to ad operations and troubleshooting
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT)
