Lasko Products is a market leader in home comfort products, looking to add a National Account Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen partnerships. This role involves developing strategic account plans, managing customer relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve profitable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual joint business plans across numerous channels aligned with company revenue and profitability targets
- Drive assortment expansion, promotional strategy, and distribution growth across fans, heaters, air purifiers, and related home comfort categories
- Identify whitespace opportunities and seasonal growth initiatives
- Lead line reviews, category reviews, and new item presentations
- Monitor competitive activity and recommend pricing, assortment, and promotional adjustments to maintain category leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors, professional channel partners, and key accounts (e.g., distributors, co-ops, and independent retailers)
- Build strong, collaborative partnerships to support long-term growth and brand expansion
- Partner closely with customer merchandising and digital teams to support omnichannel growth, including owned.com and marketplace strategies where applicable
- Represent Lasko’s brand positioning and innovation roadmap in customer meetings and industry events
- Own account-level forecast inputs in partnership with Sales Operations and Demand Planning
- Ensure alignment between promotional calendars, seasonal inventory builds, and supply chain readiness
- Monitor POS, inventory, and sell-through trends to proactively manage in-stock performance
- Collaborate within the SIOP framework to support weather-driven demand fluctuations
- Partner with Product Development and Marketing to align new product introductions with customer needs and use cases
- Collaborate with Finance to manage pricing strategy, margin targets, and trade investment
- Work closely with Operations and Logistics to ensure strong OTIF performance and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate digital content, packaging, and merchandising support to ensure brand consistency
- Analyze sales performance, promotional ROI, category trends, and distribution metrics
- Develop customer-ready presentations and internal executive updates
- Track and deliver against KPIs including revenue, margin, inventory turns, in-stock %, and share growth
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in National Account Management or Sales within consumer durables or CPG
- Proven success in seasonal planning and managing weather-sensitive categories
- Strong understanding of joint business planning, trade spend management, and P&L ownership
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
- Travel as needed to support customer meetings, distributor visits, and industry events
- familiarity with distributor data, POS reporting, and BI tools
