Own and deliver product capabilities that support WBD’s next‑generation advertising platforms.
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to generate business requirements based on use cases/user stories across converged planning, forecasting, yield optimization, and reporting systems.
Manage business and functional requirements for one or more business solutions by facilitating stakeholder interviews and workshops.
Translate needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria; validate scope and assumptions; and maintain traceability from requirements through delivery and UAT.
Own and execute against feature roadmaps for converged planning, forecasting, and reporting systems.
Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Client Engineering to deliver scalable, API‑driven workflows supporting billions of monthly ad impressions across linear and digital platforms.
Perform functional testing and document workflow and configuration changes related to system and process adjustments based on Proof-of
concept outcomes or business requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline required; MBA or advanced technical certification a plus.
5+ years of business analyst or product management experience, preferably within advertising technology, SaaS, or enterprise platform environments.
Familiarity with campaign management, forecasting, yield optimization, and converged linear + digital ad systems.
Demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder workshops, gather user stories/use cases, acceptance criteria, scope/assumption validation, and requirements traceability through delivery/UAT.
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, enterprise‑scale product features in partnership with engineering teams, with measurable user adoption and business impact.
Experience gathering business needs and aligning product execution with revenue objectives, operational efficiency, and client outcomes.
