About this role
Role Overview
- Ensure the smooth operation of network infrastructure at customer sites
- Receive support requests and handle them with a solutions-oriented approach
- Analyze, assess, and resolve incidents and network issues
- Configure and manage network devices (switches, routers, access points, firewalls)
- Take over newly installed systems from the project team into Customer Service
- Provide technical support and assistance to KNAPP customers worldwide
Requirements
- Technical basic education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, University) or equivalent IT knowledge
- Solid knowledge of network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, routers, switches, access points)
- Network certifications such as CCNA are a plus
- Experience with Linux operating systems and common CLI commands
- Good German and English language skills
- Team player, reliable, and self-motivated
