Proven D365 pricing configuration depth: trade agreement journals, price groups, multi-tier discount structures, rebate management, and deduction handling.
Multi-country or European OTC implementation experience — you understand that VAT schemes, e-invoicing mandates, and trade structures differ meaningfully across EU markets and you've designed D365 OTC configuration to reflect that.
Awareness of how 3PL, 3PM, and broker/distributor supply models affect OTC process design and D365 configuration.
EDI fluency in a B2B OTC context.
Comfortable holding the technical lane in a peer partnership with a Business Process Lead.
Awareness of OTC-Finance boundaries in D365: AR posting, revenue recognition, intercompany billing.
Strong documentation and communication habits.
Experience with Microsoft implementation methodology and agile delivery practices.
CPG or distribution industry background is a genuine advantage.
