Identify, qualify and win new business opportunities in assigned market segments to strengthen the sales pipeline and achieve revenue growth
Develop tailored proposals, negotiate terms and successfully close contracts in line with company policies and profitability targets
Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through regular reviews to identify additional business opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction
Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Marketing) to ensure a smooth onboarding process and successful execution of sales strategies
Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system to ensure a continuously populated and actively managed sales pipeline
Achieve relevant KPIs, particularly revenue targets, new customer acquisition and customer satisfaction (NPS)
Conduct market analyses and competitive monitoring to support strategic sales planning
Contribute improvement suggestions for inside-sales processes and the customer experience to ensure long-term success
Requirements
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales / as an Account Manager with a focus on growth (hunting)
Experience in senior stakeholder management
Proven experience in developing commercial strategies and business cases
Solid background in solution selling
Experience with FMCG, retail or supply chain is an advantage
Excellent negotiation skills within consultative selling / understanding of the buyer’s journey
Commercial mindset with a results
