About this role

Lead the sales of clients’ products and services in the assigned territory
Promote the company’s brands and manage product sales within your territory
Identify innovative approaches, new business opportunities, and customer needs
Develop and maintain a strategic business plan aligned with company standards
Execute the full range of sales activities from introducing new products to delivering presentations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Medical teams to achieve shared goals

Previous experience in field sales within a medical environment
Strong knowledge of the assigned territory
Good understanding of key stakeholders in the healthcare sector
Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset
Results-driven, with a high level of comfort working with numbers and market analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Showpad
Valid driving license
Native-level Dutch and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
