Managing and standardizing dealer networks chart of accounts, structure abiding by the THP (the uniform chart of accounts).
Performing and controlling monthly financial reports of dealers and authorized services.
Adjustments are made to dealers in terms of MBT reporting standards and sharing with MBT top management and dealer network.
Conducting projects regarding legal accounting changes in ERP systems.
Managing, developing and implementing projects (E-invioce, E-book, E-archive, E-delivery note).
Generating and updating periodically common expense allocation key for dealer network financial reports.
Performing financial planning for the new dealer investments, preparing feasibility analysis and estimating the payback periods and sharing with top management.
Providing financial and operational analysis and consultancy for the bail-out program of the risky dealers, performing risk management activities for watch-list dealers.
Preparing break-even studies as a benchmarking tool to forecast and compare dealers financial performances in terms of current dealer standards of all business units.
Performing periodic financial analysis of the competitors and presenting to the Mercedes-Benz Türk top management.
Forecasting dealers’ profitabilities and analyzing changes or fluctuations on account basis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statements, etc.)
Good knowledge of financial KPIs (equity ratio, current ratio, debt ratio, etc.)
Excellent command of English.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Big4 audit experience (Nice to Have)
Experience in ERP applications/implementations (Nice to Have)
