Partner with Marketing to align on demand generation and campaign effectiveness.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in sales leadership roles.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
Experience leading geographically dispersed field sales teams.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
Experience scaling sales teams in high-growth or transformation environments.
Travel required: 25-40% travel.
