About this role

Account Management to include serving as the primary liaison between company and client
Team Management to ensure team is meeting contractual obligations
Business Development by partnering with New Business Development in customizing capabilities presentations
Training and Mentoring by leading training sessions and mentoring managers
Financial Accountability managing monthly budget and expenses
Quality and Compliance to ensure tracking of quality and program compliance
Organizational leadership to support company initiatives

Requires past experience in client management, communications, project implementation, contract management
Minimum of five (5) years of progressively related responsibility
At least three (3) years at a supervisory level
A four-year degree is preferred
General knowledge of patient assistance programs and pharmacy management
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to lead and develop others
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
