Requirements
5–7 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with a proven background specifically within the workwear, protective apparel (PPE), or industrial textile laundry industries.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related technical field; MBA a plus.
Experience leading matrixed, cross-functional global teams, with the ability to manage potential direct reports.
Proven track record of creative and conceptual ideation, with the ability to translate complex, technical product attributes into compelling, visually engaging, and innovative marketing campaigns.
Deep understanding of the workwear ecosystem, including industrial laundry durability requirements, safety/regulatory standards, and corporate uniform procurement channels.
