Role Overview
- Monitor the customer experience, acting as the primary liaison between the company and the client
- Create business plans focused on results, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor client KPIs to guide strategic actions
- Negotiate new business and contract renewals
- Implement new products and solutions
- Manage a portfolio of large corporate clients
- Define and oversee the client's implementation schedule with the onboarding team
- Manage projects
- Welcome and onboard clients after contract signing
- Coordinate corporate travel programs with clients
- Understand and apply contractual terms
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive CRM records, logging tasks, calls, notes, and meetings
- Hold monthly account review meetings to present results
- Define and execute strategic action plans to achieve client objectives
- Lead the contract renewal process
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Track and resolve client operational issues, acting as the key interface and coordinating with internal departments when needed
- Monitor metrics: GMV, LTV, Churn, CSAT
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in Business Administration or related fields
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- At least 1 year of experience managing corporate accounts, conducting negotiations, and using CRM systems
