Role Overview
- Serve, manage and negotiate with strategic clients in the pharmaceutical and food retail sectors, developing and executing private-label projects with these chains;
- Ensure achievement of sales, margin, profitability and sustainable growth targets for the region;
- Develop and implement commercial strategies and action plans to expand market presence;
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring business predictability, monitoring opportunities and defining actions to maximize conversions;
- Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic clients and other business stakeholders;
- Work in partnership with other company departments, promoting alignment between commercial strategies and business objectives;
- Monitor market trends, competitor movements and business opportunities;
- Track and analyze commercial performance indicators (KPIs), proposing actions to enhance results;
- Lead and oversee the execution of strategic projects within the commercial area;
- Ensure execution of commercial strategies, monitoring growth opportunities, market expansion and business strengthening.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing or related fields;
- Completed postgraduate degree;
- Experience in managing, leading and implementing commercial projects;
- Experience serving the retail market;
- Experience with private-label management will be considered a plus;
- Organized profile with strong planning skills, ability to manage priorities and monitor indicators;
- Leadership, negotiation, communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
- Availability to travel within the state of São Paulo.
