The role exists to support the company’s legal operations by providing legal advice, managing legal documentation, and mitigating legal risks across business activities.
Provide legal advice to internal departments on various legal matters.
Review, approve, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and supplemental agreements.
Draft commercial contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and analyze laws, regulations, cases, and precedents relevant to assigned matters.
Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Support day-to-day legal activities and maintain accurate legal records and document storage.
Collaborate with finance, HR, operations, marketing, and other departments on legal matters.
Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation-related matters.
Manage relationships with external legal service providers, including law firms and consultants.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Law.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
At least 3 years of legal experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
Strong understanding of legal procedures, laws, regulations, and legal principles.
Ability to analyze legal issues and develop effective solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail in reviewing legal documents and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain professional integrity.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
