Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple product lines within the RCM portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, sales, marketing, and support) to execute on product plans from ideation through launch and optimization.
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the healthcare RCM landscape.
Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success, usage, and financial performance.
Create detailed business cases and product requirement documents, prioritizing features based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
Manage product lifecycle processes, including product launches, end-of-life decisions, and ongoing enhancements.
Requirements
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
5+ years of product management experience, with preferred at least 2 years in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare IT, or healthtech domains.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple product lines or complex product portfolios.
Proven success in leading cross-functional product development teams from concept to delivery.
Experience working in agile product development environments.
Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including coding, billing, claims management, denials, and payment processing.
