Role Overview
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to oil and gas exploration, production, and transportation.
- Draft and negotiate a variety of oil and gas agreements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local government laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Active bar license in the state in which you reside.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on oil and gas law.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws and regulations governing the oil and gas industry.
- Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) agreements.
