Role Overview
- Provide legal counsel and support to clients on the development, financing, and implementation of renewable energy projects
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to renewable energy projects
- Assist clients in structuring and negotiating renewable energy transactions
- Structure, draft, review and negotiate tax equity and debt financing documentation
Requirements
- Active bar license in the state in which you reside.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on renewable energy
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws and regulations governing renewable energy
- Utilities experience preferred.
- Experience working start to finish with renewable energy projects
