Working with and advising corporate clients directly on a wide variety of technology transactions, as well as the ability to provide entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice related to the client's technology agreements.
Handling complex technology transactions autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across client teams on complex deals for large tech companies operating on a global level.
Requirements
3+ years of significant technology transaction experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on a wide variety of technology transactions including but not limited to SaaS, licensing, hardware, and other technology licenses.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts with strong issue spotting skills and attention to detail in contract revision.
Previous experience working in-house for a technology company or working with a tech industry client.
Active bar membership in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.
