Senior Consultant – Quantum Analysis

Role Overview

• Work with top experts on complex global disputes.
• Provide high-quality support across construction claims, dispute resolution (mediation, adjudication, arbitration, and litigation), and commercial/contract advisory services.
• Play a key role in delivering engagements that achieve strong commercial and quality outcomes for clients.
• Contribute to the growth and strengthening of HKA’s client relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience within the construction industry, with a strong focus on cost, quantum, and claims assessment.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Cost Engineer, or Project Manager, including hands-on commercial management of live projects.
• Proven experience conducting quantum analysis, with practical application across prolongation, disruption, and general cost claims within formal claims submissions.
• Demonstrated experience in claims preparation, claims management, and detailed cost analysis.
• Professional membership (or working towards) with RICS or CIArb is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English and the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and persuasively.
