Requirements
- graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school.
- 3–5 years of experience in a fast-growing environment, in Operations, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, payments, or a two-sided marketplace is a strong plus.
- Ownership over everything: you don't wait to be told what to do.
- Analytical backbone: you make decisions from data, not intuition alone.
- Obsessed with efficiency: you look at a manual process and immediately think about how to fix or automate it.
- Clear communicator: you can write a crisp brief, run a structured meeting, and align cross-functional stakeholders without losing momentum.
- fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
