Represent the value-based care program’s affiliated health plans within dialysis clinics and the surrounding community to raise awareness, build trust, and support informed patient coverage decisions.
Build strong relationships with in-clinic staff—facility administrators, social workers, and administrative assistants—to facilitate coordinated, compliant marketing efforts.
Develop a strong understanding of the plan’s benefits, eligibility criteria, and the role of care management in driving better health outcomes for members.
Partner with assigned brokers to support enrollment of interested patients.
Communicate plan and program information in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner—ensuring CMS marketing guidelines and internal compliance guardrails are followed.
Identify barriers to engagement and provide insights that improve our local marketing approach.
Track engagement and field activity metrics to support performance evaluation and continuous improvement.
Potential to represent the plan at community events or engage existing members for retention activities.
Travel to clinic locations at least four days per week to speak with kidney care patients, caregivers, and clinic staff.
Occasional option to work Saturdays and evening events, if desired.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Active Georgia Life, Accident, and Sickness License
2–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, insurance sales, grassroots outreach, or community engagement preferred
Proven relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, with strong personal organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
Must reside in the Atlanta or Lawrenceville areas and possess a valid Georgia driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bilingual / Spanish-speaking is strongly preferred.
