About this role
Role Overview
Provide support to users via phone and email
Log, track and resolve requests and incidents
Provide application support to users of the platforms in use
Manage and escalate incidents through an ITSM platform
Guide users throughout the resolution process
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and defined service levels
Requirements
High school diploma (12th grade)
Vocational/professional course in Information Technology
Minimum 6 months' experience in customer support, help desk or application support roles
Experience using computers in a Windows environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Experience using ITSM platforms, specifically EasyVista
Certification or training in EasyVista (preferred)
Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach
Sense of responsibility, organizational skills and ability to work in a team
