About this role
Role Overview
Manage day-to-day People and Culture operations
Oversee recruitment and selection processes
Provide advice on employee relations and HR matters
Manage payroll processes across UK, Italy, Greece, and US
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Facilitate training and development programmes
Requirements
Demonstrable generalist HR experience at Senior Advisor / Manager level
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and good practice
Experience of providing European HR support with knowledge of relevant employment legislation and practices
Experienced in leading payroll processes with outsourced payroll providers
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Proven leadership capabilities and ability to build trust at all levels
Experience with HRIS (BambooHR preferred) is essential
Fluency in a second language (Greek and/or Italian preferred)
CIPD qualification desirable
