Perform injectable treatments such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PDO Threads and other aesthetic procedures in accordance with state regulations and medical protocols.
Conduct thorough client consultations in-person and virtual consultations to understand aesthetic goals, assess suitability for treatments, and create personalized treatment plans.
Educate clients on procedures, pre
and post-treatment care, and set realistic outcomes.
Ensure safe and effective administration of treatments, adhering to best practices and medical standards.
Maintain strict compliance with health and safety protocols, including sanitation and sterilization practices.
Adhere to medical spa policies, local/state regulations, and HIPAA guidelines.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client treatments and follow-up care in the medical record system.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
Participate in training sessions and stay current with new techniques, products, and trends in medical aesthetics.
Recommend and educate clients on skincare products, services, and packages that complement their treatment plans.
Requirements
Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada.
Certification or additional training in administering injectables (e.g., neurotoxins and dermal fillers) required.
