Role Overview

• Reach out to prospects via social media
• Outbound acquisition using video recordings
• Telephone-based acquisition of potential new clients
• Conduct free initial consultations to assess client needs
• Phone follow-up with existing contacts in the system
• Plan, prepare and follow up on appointments for our strategy consultant

Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales experience — ideally in SEO, web design, agency, or B2B environments
• Persuasive and confident presence
• Ability to establish processes and quickly adapt them when needed
• Self-discipline and quick comprehension
• Error-free written German
• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for precision
• Responsible and team-oriented
• Ability to perform well under pressure
