Role Overview
- Support the functional and operational leadership of the Growth team
- Take responsibility for selected client projects and team members
- Ensure quality standards and maintain processes
- Actively develop the team and client relationships
- Work closely with Creative, Sales and Operations
Requirements
- Experience in Growth Marketing
- Holistic understanding of scalable growth systems
- Serve as a technical role model within the team and demonstrate composure when handling uncertainty
- Strong data-driven performance and channel expertise
- High standards for content quality and consistency in growth approaches
- Hypothesis-driven, experimental mindset
