Maintenance Analyst I – Administrative

Role Overview

• Receive, analyze, and validate purchase orders and/or service execution requests;
• Validate quotes and estimates;
• Liaise with stores and operating units;
• Monitor the entire order and execution workflow;
• Handle and follow up on corrective requests for stores/operating units;
• Prepare and deliver performance reports.

Requirements

• Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree);
• Experience in maintenance administration (administrative area of maintenance);
• Intermediate Excel skills.
