Pediatric Dental Biller

Role Overview

• Manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for pediatric dental practices
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) management and insurance follow-ups
• Perform accurate payment posting (ERA/EOB)
• Submit, track, and reconcile insurance claims
• Investigate denials and process appeals to maximize reimbursements
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and dental benefits
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim resolution and authorization requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dental Biller in a U.S. pediatric dental setting
• Strong background in RCM, AR follow-ups, and payment posting
• Familiarity with CPT/ICD coding basics
• Experience using Curve EMR
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Availability to work during Pacific Time business hours
