Role Overview
- Review charts and system outputs for accuracy and compliance with OASIS guidelines
- Identify inconsistencies or edge cases using clinical judgment
- Investigate issues and diagnose system responses
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams for improvements
- Support QA processes for new and existing workflows
- Translate clinical reasoning for non-clinical staff
- Work with CX to resolve customer-reported issues
- Develop and refine QA processes and test cases over time
Requirements
- Clinical background in home health (RN or PT strongly preferred; LPN or PTA with strong experience considered)
- Deep familiarity with OASIS guidance and documentation standards
- Experience with clinical documentation through chart review, audits, or as a field clinician in home health
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with documentation and guidelines
- Strong clinical intuition to identify discrepancies
- Natural curiosity to investigate issues
- Clear communication skills to convey clinical reasoning to non-clinical teammates
- Collaborative attitude and comfort with ambiguity
