Role Overview

• Independent drafting and handling of legal pleadings, with a focus on Air Passenger Rights Regulation and Package Travel law
• Legal research and preparation of case facts
• Handling legal issues and preparing legal documents
• Management of traffic accident claims and claims for damages
• Direct client case work
• Individualized client support

Requirements

• Completed or advanced law studies
• Average to above‑average academic performance
• Strong English skills are a plus
• Practical experience in the areas of Air Passenger Rights Regulation and Package Travel law is desirable
