Payroll Analyst

Role Overview

• Accurate and timely end to end payroll processing.
• Ensure payroll processing complies with applicable federal, state, local, and international payroll and tax regulations.
• Maintain strong internal controls, documentation, and audit-ready support in compliance with SOX key controls.
• Timely processing of Wage Garnishments.
• Prompt responses to Unemployment Claim requests.
• Prompt responses to employees and colleagues on payroll-related questions.
• Maintenance of effective internal controls and business continuity plans for all payroll procedures.
• Frequent collaboration on payroll–related interdependencies with cross-functional teams, i.e., Treasury, Finance, and Human Resources, Benefits.
• Keeping payroll records organized and compliant with retention policies.
• Manage Time and Attendance processes, partner with managers and time practitioners to ensure completeness and accuracy of time for payroll processing.
• Support configuration testing, audits and enhancements related to payroll and time and attendance systems.

Requirements

• 3 years of proven end to end payroll processing experience.
• Payroll certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of ADP Payroll applications
• Vantage, ADP Data Bridge, Vantage ETime, ADP Reporting and Workday a plus.
• Proven ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative personality.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and Word and AI enabled tools.
