Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable solutions within multiple IT systems (e.g. Jamf, Intune, Okta, Jira, Google Workspace)
Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex, multi-system issues.

5+ years of proven experience architecting, deploying, and managing the lifecycle of core IT platforms.
Subject matter expert (SME) in one or more of the following: Okta, Jira, Google Workspace, Jamf.
Hands-on experience developing robust automation and integrations using scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
Deep practical knowledge of modern IAM principles.
Extensive experience managing a hybrid fleet of macOS endpoints at scale.
Ability to architect durable and scalable systems by evaluating, testing, and recommending emerging technologies.
