OTD Education Specialist – Organ and Tissue Donation

Role Overview

• Design and deliver engaging training and competency programs for organ donation professionals
• Lead new-hire onboarding, orientation, and competency assessments
• Manage effective Learning Management Systems (LMS) to provide education and track training compliance
• Translate regulatory changes into clear, targeted education plans
• Support quality improvement and cross-team knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field Required
• Master's Degree in Education or related Preferred
• 2 years of relevant experience in training coordination, education program development, or compliance in a healthcare setting Required
