Promote visits and meetings within your client portfolio to identify business opportunities for the sale of parts and services for rock drilling equipment fleets.
Map equipment performance to identify sales opportunities based on the fleet’s specific needs. Analyze consumption history, demand projections according to maintenance plans, the client’s maintenance strategy, production plans, and competitors’ activity.
Understand customers’ businesses, equipment, and fleet requirements.
Stay up to date with industry developments, competitive offerings, and issues that affect sales and customers.
Understand industry and customer maintenance practices and convert them into sales opportunities.
Develop customized value proposals based on the customer’s specific needs.
Support the logistics team in defining parts inventory to support fleet operations by monitoring and mapping demand and performing ABC curve analysis.
Identify new post-sale business opportunities and develop conversion strategies together with partner areas.
Work closely with field teams (technicians and engineers) to ensure achievement of fleet physical availability targets.
Prepare monthly reports on commercial activity with customers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical qualification in mechanical maintenance.
Practical experience in the mining sector or with heavy equipment at large clients.
Understanding of the mining industry and open-pit rock drilling equipment.
Experience in industrial B2B sales.
Availability to travel.
Intermediate English preferred.
