About this role
Role Overview
Own territory management and proactively generate new business
Build strong relationships with IT and business decision-makers
Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
Coordinate with Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services
Maintain accurate pipeline and account data
Manage post-sale relationships
Deliver technical/functional presentations
Prepare proposals and quotations
Monitor competitor activity and provide insights
Represent Guidewire at industry events; travel required to both Belgium and Netherlands.
Requirements
Native-level French and Dutch is a big plus
Deep knowledge of the Benelux insurance market
10–15 years of enterprise software sales, ideally SaaS
Proven ability to create, advance, and close large strategic deals
Strong value-selling skills
Highly proactive and persistent
Strong business acumen
Team-oriented approach
Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends
