About this role
Role Overview
Drive revenue growth and meet territory sales goals.
Build relationships with physicians, hospital leadership, clinical teams, and administrative stakeholders.
Identify new sales opportunities and support product adoption within target accounts.
Present product value, clinical benefits, and economic impact to key decision-makers.
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder hospital sales cycles from prospecting through close.
Develop territory plans, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
Partner with internal clinical, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support account growth.
Represent the company at hospital meetings, workshops, trade shows, and customer events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of medical device sales experience.
Experience selling into neurosurgery, radiation oncology, or a related hospital-based specialty preferred.
Proven success managing complex physician and hospital sales cycles.
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze markets, develop territory strategy, and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role.
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel 50%+ as needed.
