Role Overview
- Monitor assigned work queues and inboxes throughout the day
- Process monetary and non-monetary transactions
- Perform account maintenance accurately
- Conduct basic to complex research using multiple banking systems
- Provide world-class customer service to internal and external customers
- Assist other team members with daily workload
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a production-based environment
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships among team members and product support partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Minimum 1 year related job experience with knowledge of loan and deposit products
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in KeyCorp systems: Hogan, ALS, Oracle, KeyView Deluxe, CMOD, APA
